Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at precision.credit or using the services of Precision Credit LLC ("Precision Credit," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

Services Description

Precision Credit provides the following services:

  • Credit Restoration — disputing inaccurate, outdated, and unverifiable negative items with the credit bureaus and creditors
  • Business Funding — assistance qualifying for business lines of credit, SBA loans, and alternative funding
  • Credit Monitoring — tracking your credit profile and progress across the three major bureaus
  • Debt Validation — requesting validation of debts and reviewing them for accuracy and compliance

CROA Compliance

Precision Credit is a Credit Repair Organization as defined under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). In accordance with the CROA, we provide the following disclosures regarding your rights:

Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act:

  • You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you sign the contract.
  • We will not charge or accept any advance payment before our services are fully rendered.
  • A written contract is required before any services begin, and it will detail the services to be performed, the total cost, and your rights.
  • We cannot guarantee specific credit score improvements or particular results. Outcomes vary from client to client based on individual circumstances.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be disclosed in your written service agreement. Consistent with the CROA, no payment is collected for services until those services have been fully rendered. Recurring or monthly service fees, where applicable, will be clearly stated in your agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

Client Responsibilities

To allow us to provide effective services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Promptly forward any correspondence received from credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies
  • Refrain from taking actions that could undermine the dispute process
  • Maintain timely payment of any service fees as outlined in your agreement

No Guarantee Disclaimer

Precision Credit does not and cannot guarantee any specific results, including specific credit score increases or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results depend on the accuracy of the information reported, the responsiveness of the bureaus and creditors, and your individual credit circumstances. Any examples of past results are not a promise or guarantee of future outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Credit and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Washington, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
